Tapenade
Black olives (could use green) - chopped fine
Garlic cloves - chopped fine
1 tbsp capers - chopped fine
Parsley - chopped fine
salt - pinch
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp mustard (your choice)
Black pepper - pinch
Tbsp of olive oil

Finely chop all ingredients and mix

Serve on toasted Baguette slices
